Elaine founded Image Enrichment Group after several years in private practice. Licensed since 1987, she has completed additional training as a Certified Professional Electrologist. She is also a licensed Esthetician, and certified Microdermabrasion technician. Her background includes working with several local Dermatologists. She was a contributing author for Santa Clara Valley Life Magazine, focusing on skin care and hair removal related issues. She is a graduate of Jane Riddle Institute of Electrology, University of California at Irvine, and a member of the American Electrolysis Association and the Electrology Association of California. Madelyn Ruiz has been a Licensed Esthetician since 1986. She is a graduate of the Milpitas Beauty College and was a salon owner in Cupertino for over twenty years. Her signature treatments include the diamond dermafile enzyme facial and European facial. She is an expert in multiple strength peels as well as ultrasound facials.

Sharon Asher-Phelps is a licensed and certified Electrologist and Dermatician. She has been practicing in the Bay Area since 1978. She graduated from one of the top Electrology schools in the world. Sharon studied under the direction of the world renowned Jane Riddle of the “Bay Area” school of Electrolysis, and the Jane Riddle Institute. She specializes in the “Thermolysis” method of permanent hair removal. In addition, she studied under the direction of Mary Archibech, at the Milpitas Institute for Intradermal Cosmetics, as well as the “California Institute” for Intradermal Cosmetics in Los Angeles, Ca. She was certified in Smart Peel Microdermabrasion under the direction of the “Sound Skin” Corporation. Sharon is a partner at the Image Enrichment Group in Cupertino.

Standards of Sterilization

We practice the standards of sterilization and sanitation set forth by the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) with regards to Electrolysis and Facials. The Electrolysis needles are individually pre packaged and sterile. A new needle is used for each client, then disposed of in a sealed Sharps Bio Hazard container. Our tweezers and extractors are soaked in a surgical detergent, placed in a sonic cleaner, then put in a hospital standard dry heat sterilizer. Office Policies

• Please advise us a minimum of 24 hours in advance for any appointment cancellations or changes to avoid a charge for the time reserved.
• Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining portion of their treatment and are responsible for the full amount of time reserved.
• Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping children, cell phones and pagers away from the clinic whenever possible.
• We have flexible hours by appointment.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for the following services and products:

• Electrolysis, Skincare services, permanent makeup and products - cash or check.
• Product purchased on-line - PayPal (no PayPal account required).
• Botox and Restylane - Due to the nature of injectable products, we require pre-payment for all Botox and Restylane injections. Payments can be made by cash, check or on-line through PayPal.
